As a Listing Broker I have consistently managed to attract the highest Market Price for my clients' homes by developing both a pricing and marketing strategy to maximize each home's potential and exposure to buyers. 

My strength as a Listing Broker is a result of my ability to discern what the market will bear for a particular home at a given time and knowing how best to prepare, price and market that home to attract the highest market price within a prescribed time frame.

I provide my Seller clients with a comprehensive 90-Point Plan and checklist which covers everything you need to do to ensure your home is prepared to outshine the competition and sell for the highest price possible. 

When your “Homework” is complete, and you are ready to enter the market I will implement my Ultimate 59-Point Marketing Plan designed to sell your home the fastest for the most amount of money.   

As a Buyer's Broker I have a long history of representing first time home buyers. My approach is to patiently educate while providing step by step guidance and first hand access to the resources one needs to make informed decisions. The goal is to help make the process as smooth, pleasant and stress free as possible. 

Experienced and repeat home buyers familiar with the process can appreciate and benefit from my contract negotiation skills and problem solving abilities critical in overcoming the inevitable challenges and roadblocks to a successful and timely closing - particularly when closing contingencies exist. 

Sales history includes all Residential property types including Condominium, Townhome, Single Family, Luxury Single Family, Multi-Unit Buildings, Mixed-Use Commercial, Warehouse, Restaurants and I.R.S. Code 1031 Tax Exchanges.
